I’m Bryce — 18 (almost 19), a soon-to-be sophomore at UNCW majoring in biology, and figuring things out one step at a time. BDMLIT.com is my space to share life as it happens — the thoughts, the moments, and everything in between. But it’s more than just a personal project. This site is the foundation for my honors thesis, where I’ll eventually explore the science behind human experiences and the ways we connect. For now, it’s a digital time capsule, a snapshot of my journey. But over time, it’ll evolve into something bigger.
The core of my thesis will focus on how digital interactions influence human biology, particularly in areas like hormonal responses, brain chemistry, and stress regulation. How do social bonds, formed or maintained online, affect us biologically? Does online engagement have the same impact on our health as face-to-face interactions, or is it fundamentally different? These are questions I’ll be investigating over the next few years, with this site serving as a living part of that exploration.
I love you, so feel free to contact me whenever ;)
